SHASA USA, LLC, a leader in trend setting women’s fashion, is seeking retail sales management candidates with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for fashion. We offer the latest styles in junior apparel and accessories in a highly energetic and friendly environment. Our stores are high volume, fast paced fashion environments, currently in the top malls in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin and McAllen with plans for expansion to other areas.

We are currently seeking experienced Assistant Manager candidates for The Woodlands Mall, Memorial City Mall, and First Colony. Our ideal candidate must have a specialty fashion background and can-do attitudes, who want to grow with a quality retailer in responsibility, position and compensation.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Driving and meeting store sales goals
  • Leader in customer satisfaction
  • Manages the sales floor including driving sales, addressing customer concerns, employee coaching and re-merchandising
  • Responsible for daily merchandising, replenishment and flexing process
  • Takes an active role in training and development of employees
  • Supports the Store Manager in recruiting and hiring associates
  • Maintains store cleanliness standards
  • Performs store opening and closing procedures
  • Follows company standards of safety, security, maintenance, and other administrative duties
  • Stays current and up-to-date on all store systems and reviews operational daily communication
  • Completes tasks directed by Store Operations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience in a high volume, specialty retailer
  • Demonstrated competency in sales, customer service, loss prevention, human resources and retail merchandising practices
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Accuracy with money handling and POS
  • Scheduling flexibility is required; must be able to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry heavy boxes up to 50lbs, and quickly maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to assign and handle multiple projects at a time while driving sales
  • Proven track record of results
