Our stores are high volume, fast paced fashion environments, currently in the top malls in Texas and now opening in Arizona.
We are currently seeking experienced Manager candidates in San Antonio, with a specialty fashion background and can-do attitudes, who want to grow with a quality retailer in responsibility, position and compensation.


  • Manages and ensures store sales goals are met or exceeded
  • Creates a selling environment focused on customer service, performance objectives and recognition
  • Effectively recruit, hire, train and develop all store associates
  • Establish and manage scheduling, staffing and payroll
  • Maintain proper inventory and loss prevention controls while maintaining compliance standards
  • Analyze various business reports to understand trends and opportunities
  • Lead and manage the sales floor including driving sales, addressing customer concerns, employee coaching and re-merchandising
  • Responsible for all visual processes including store cleanliness, re-merchandising, and shipment flow
  • Adheres to and ensures all associates follow company standards of safety, security, maintenance, human resource policies, and other administrative and operational procedures
  • Stays current and up-to-date on all store systems and reviews operational daily communication
  • Completes tasks directed by Store Operations


  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience in a high volume, specialty retailer
  • Demonstrated competency in sales, customer service, loss prevention, human resources and retail merchandising practices
  • Ability to lead, train, develop and motivate diverse teams
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Accuracy with money handling and POS processes
  • Scheduling flexibility is required; must be able to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry heavy boxes up to 50lbs, and quickly maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to assign and manage multiple projects at a time while driving sales
  • Proven track record of results
