About the Position

The Technical Sales Representative will play an integral role in both, growing the companies overall sales volume and increasing customer satisfaction with Sheet-Labels' products and service.

As a Technical Sales Representative you will consult customers on all aspects of their label product applications. This position is primarily a telephone sales role. You will professionally and enthusiastically represent the company day-to-day via phone and be the primary contact for your assigned customers. All of the businesses to be contacted have an established account with our company or have requested a quote or further product information. Your main focus will be to grow the overall sales volume of their account base. This is accomplished by deeply engaging with and learning about customers to determine their specific business needs. Once uncovered, you are responsible for effectively presenting our extensive line of products, generating and following up on quotes, discovering further product opportunities, capturing repeat orders and answering customer questions.

As a Technical Sales Representative you will aslo work directly with customers to process orders and follow orders from placement to completion. You will provide customers with pricing and ordering options, follow up on sample requests, process in house orders, prepare and inspect related paperwork to ensure timely product delivery and quality of service, communicate with customers via telephone, chat, email, fax, twitter, and Facebook throughout the day and solve returns, credits, and exchange requests.

Qualifications and Experience

-- 2-5 years experience in Tele/Inside Sales is required.
-- Experience with Customer Service is a plus.
-- Must be a motivated and enthusiastic person with great work ethic.
-- Professional telephone and oral/written communication skills are essential.
-- Knowledge in the printing and label manufacturing industry is highly desirable, but not required.
-- Must be proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel with ability to learn new applications quickly.
