In India, SHELADIA has a fully functional office in Hyderabad with over 120 engineers and technicians.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Recruiter with full life cycle recruitment experience and/or other experience in international development and to take the lead on staffing our international projects and proposals. This position will be based in our HQ in Rockville, MD.
Performing candidate searches to fill positions on international development projects and proposals, these searches will include the use of the company’s database, social media, and tapping professional networks, and networking.
Establishing contact with potential recruits, request documentation/forms and determine availability.
Drafting and placement of advertisements.
Attending job fairs, screening and interviewing candidates.
Verifying professional references as well as other relevant sources to assess technical expertise.
Collaborating with the firm’s other technical units to coordinate the recruitment process.
Re-writing candidates’ CVs to address qualifications required for roles specified in proposals; provide other writing inputs to proposals, as needed.
Minimum requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree (International Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration).
3-5 years of international recruiting experience required
Experience recruiting for USAID/World Bank, African Development Bank projects preferred.
Proficiency with online social/professional networks to recruit candidates.
Must have experience with proposal work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent information management, communication and research skills with very strong attention to detail.
Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
