Every day is a little bit different with a new challenge. There's always something new to learn if you are the slightest bit open minded. Lower management is great to work with but I feel upper level management could make more of an effort or at least understand the day to day mechanics better. Shemin has a great culture which is important in any job. The most important thing is making sure the customer is happy and has a pleasant experience.
