I was there just under 2 years they had Advanced me from just a flat better to a driver trainer in about a year I had 3 years of flatbed experience before I came there it was hard work and it was consistent. Everything was great until they change dispatchers on me shipped in some lady that dispatched for a dry Van Company and she did not stick to the agreement I had with my former dispatcher it became intolerable and I ended up leaving the company over it .it's too bad I really like that job. other than that they demand hard work and dedication in exchange you will be known by your first name from day one. They pay really well for what you do and you have great benefits they treat their drivers fairly most of the time I can personally attest to that good luck on your future endeavors this is a great place to work.
The dispatcher in ? Has since been let go.
