We are offering a unique opportunity for you to make your own hours on a part time basis.
Product line consists of a wide range of: 1.personal lines products, including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Boat, Snowmobile and Landlord policies. 2. Commercial lines, including Business Owners policies, Commercial Package Policies and Commercial Auto.

All backed by the largest publically traded auto insurance company in the US.

Select from 10, 15 or 20 hours per week

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Solicits for new business (Personal & Commercial Lines, Financial Services), via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
  • Develops quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
  • Follows up on all unsold quotes/”X-dates”
  • Calls on telemarketing and all leads provided by Agency, participates in (Call Block)
  • Attends networking meetings, trade shows
  • Maintains a “Hot List” of 200 prospects from personal contacts
  • Sets Financial Services Appointments for licensed Agents
  • Secures ALL “trailing documents” from clients
  • Gathers, saves, and files critical prospect information for future contact
  • Participates in weekly agency training, required CE
  • Answers customer questions and follows up on unresolved issues
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • P&C Insurance License, or ability to obtain prior to start date. We will train you if you are new to this business and looking for a fresh start.
  • Excellent Verbal Communication
  • Strong Sales Process/Closing Skills
  • Networking Experience/Sales Experience
  • P/C Skills (some Word & Excel)

*Must be a self-starter, willing to learn

Compensation:

  • Hourly base, plus very strong commission incentive plan
  • Additional Bonus opportunities
