Cons: the staff in the warehouse.
I worked in the Warehouse and I found it to be a very hostile environment with co-workers constantly seeking to represent your performance in a bad light. A lot of negative gossip behind your back and the manager condones it.Hard to advance despite initial claims from HR. Manager controls who moves out of the Warehouse to other positions.Control has – more... corrupted the process. If you can persevere the politics and hold on for a few years. You might be able to transfer out of the warehouse and into the light. – less
