Here’s what we’re looking for:

The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring our clients always have a positive experience. He/she essentially is the number one customer contact, understanding our customers’ needs better than anyone else and developing long-lasting relationships with them.

Our customers are mostly architects and designers, understanding their needs from a design standpoint as well as “speaking their language” is essential in this position. The AM is both consultative and strategic, and constantly sees the bigger picture of helping facilitate the customer's success rather than their own.

Driven by the desire to create optimal experiences that lead to widespread adoption of our product, this position should be obsessive about eliminating bad experiences from our customer vocabulary.
In addition to relationship management, the AA is part of our SMARKETING team, developing an inbound sales model and relevant strategies for enchanting high-priority targets.


If you’re the one, our true AM, you will be:

  • More than great at writing and communicating.
  • Creative ( and you'll prove it with your awesome & out-of-the-box application).
  • Very creative (yup, mentioning it again because it's that important!).
  • A design enthusiast with experience in the design and architectural worldviews
  • Ready to bring strategic imagination in marketing campaigns, content creation, analytics and customer relationship management tools.
  • Adaptable: someone who can roll with the punches while helping us hone in a process for accountability, measurability and routine.
  • A person with a great mix of energy, creativity, curiosity, persistence, intelligence and commitment.
  • Comfortable with experimenting and failing, but constantly working towards improvement.
  • Not a salesman. Or at least, you understand that the way to conduct sales today has changed.
  • Awesome to work with and open-minded.
  • Living and breathing our startup culture by taking out the trash and cleaning the coffee cups on alternating Thursdays…(mostly) kidding.


…And you might even have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Unbounce, Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A background in design, marketing and sales combined. Now that would be perfect!
