The people are great to work with, Its the management on the executive level, that is in question. Decisions are being made by 1 person and one person alone. Theres a huge lack of transparency between the executive to their managers of the department, which leaves a huge cloud of questions.

Shipwire was very focused on making sure we took care of ourselves as much as we did the business. I still talk with several people from there, and have gone to social functions and parties with people I met there.
We ran Dungeons and Dragons adventures on Wednesdays, and had easy access to everyone even the CEO when it was needed for work.
I have personally stepped into the CFO's office to negotiate deals for a merchant and was praised for my determination rather than berated as some other companies may.
Free lunches, easy access to programmers, administration and even executives.
Two and a half hours away from a house I could afford.

You will work hard to close accounts that you might not even get paid on because the merchant you just spend 2 months on boarding might not does any orders, you will never figure out your commission or even know what you are getting paid is correct. You won't have support or right training.
