Marketing (Current Employee) – Los Angeles, CA – June 5, 2017
Traditional management and executive leadership leaves this giant beauty company behind the times, and outpaced by new innovative indie companies. Change and adaptability is lacking, despite major efforts to the "overhaul" the portfolio, the culture of the executives is still focused on the profits, and top-down initiatives rather than consumer/customer experience. Benefits are average, and compensation packages are below average across the board.
