This work place was ideal. If you love being on the phone and helping customers, this is the place for you. The management is always on your side and helps you with everything. The scheduling is the one of the best parts of the job. It's a rotating schedule that gives you the same hours each day of the week. It's always a full-time job unless you only want it to be part-time, in which case they will work with you, but would prefer a full commitment. Co-workers were just like you'd find at most other jobs; they kept to themselves unless they already knew you or were training you. When there wasn't much to be done, like if the email queues were cleared and only a few calls were coming in every hour, you could sit at your desk and read or use your cell phone as long as you weren't bothering others.
