It's a paycheck!
Customer Care Advisor (Current Employee) –  At the ping pong tables.July 30, 2017
It's not a complete tire fire.
It's just not great.
The best thing is beer to cope with the monotony of telling customers, the "features" aka bugs they want fixed will be corrected next patch for months on end.

But seriously get paid to play ping pong, drink and contemplate why it took like half a year to fix ticket printers.
Pros
Snacks, ping pong and beer to drown your sorrows
Cons
Nepotism, If you know a manager get promoted without merit! Inconsistent support

Junior rigger Nance and Underwood (Former Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLFebruary 9, 2017

Pros
Opened the door for me to a great industry
Cons
Safety issues

On the decline
Customer Care Advisor (Former Employee) –  Portland, ORJanuary 9, 2017
Staff is overworked. Management is ineffective, spending all their time in meetings, chatting at each others desks and playing ping pong. Everyone is stressed and looking for other work. Actively pushing for people to do less for their customers because they don't staff enough people to handle the demand.

Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  PortlandSeptember 2, 2015
Needs stabilization and consistency. Wants to always play it safe, they say they want to be number 1 but are not doing the things they need to do to be the top company.
Pros
Great culture
Cons
No commitment to employees

Fun, and relaxed.
Legal Intern (Former Employee) –  New York, New YorkAugust 25, 2015
The typical, cliche, startup tech company atmosphere. Easy place to work but can be slightly difficult to focus if you require silence to do so. The company is full of good people trying their hardest to provide the best products and service to their customers.

mentally stimulating and mind expanding work environment
Sales Staff (Former Employee) –  Keauhou, HIJuly 21, 2015
a calming and yet very intellectually stimulating environment. a worker must be on his or her toes at all times while keeping up to date on many thousands of titles as well as the current hot button books of the month and their respective demographics. a variety of questions will be fielded at you including ones of geography and of human psychology. the ability to take those questions and direct them to an appropriate volume is essential and makes for sharp minded shopkeepers.
Pros
regular conversations with customers and the joy of getting them a book they will love
Cons
often working alone which can be problematic when a rush of customers happens
