Real pay raises not of that 23 cents a year stuff and also better employee discount

Most of the other suggestions are things managers on a store level have no control over. In the store the managers don't know what they are doing and they don't care. They just collect a big check when the real workers can't survive on theirs. Hire better, nicer, knowlegable managers.
