Husband and wife team Steve Leach and Catherine Farr formed Shoppers' View in 1993 to meet previously unmet needs in their own multi-store retail organization. We began with telephone mystery shopping, which was identified as the most cost-effective for our clients. Today, Shoppers' View is the largest telephone mystery shopping company in the world.
