This position is the first contact a guest has when arriving at this fantastic resort and the agent has the opportunity to establish the kind of positive interaction with them that will cause them to return. Procedures and etiquette are designed specifically for customer comfort and management expectations are high. Agents must perform well with multiple departments within the resort and must pay sincere attention to detail.
