Benefits were market comparable. There was not a lot of room for advancement but there were plenty of lateral opportunities.

management was great and willing to help and encourage and very understanding and laid back, everybody got along and the job was not stressful and the environment was made to be fun and enjoyable

I Loved my career At SHPS I enjoyed the helping the provividers, participants and making sure member's benefits where updated correctly. We all worked as a team it was my extended family.

Had to be at work by 8am and was on the phone with people from across the US. This was a company that did FSA Accounts. Commuter and Day Care accounts and your Flexible Spending Accts. Great job!! Mgmt was fabulous had a great time there. Nothing was ever too hard there, but I had to make a decision that changed my life totally. I had to leave to take – more...  care of my husband who at the time was dying from cancer. And I did try to go back but positions were not open at that time. – less

They are a great comapny and give you extensive training. The hours are great and the people you work with are wonderful.

Employees at SHPS are miserable. Not even a cost of living increase in 5 years. The CEO sends out this blog every so often that we're all required to read, but are not permitted to say anything negative - ever. SHPS preaches healthy lifestyles and diet, yet working there is just the opposite.

I enjoyed my employment at SHPS...and worked with many really wonderful people. I cannot say enough about the wonderful people that work there...top notch and quality.
