Get a comfortable pair of shoes, lower your expectations for raise/promotion, and you'll be set for easy 12 hour shifts, 3-4 days a week.
3-4 day weekends, with chance of overtime. Paid weekly. Loose dress code
Slim-to-none chance of raise or promotion, employees are highly expendable, management out of touch with limits of machinery/employees
