Do you work at SI International? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?
Any advice for someone trying to get in?

Really crappy place to work. They treat people like crap. Only apply here if your desperate for money.
- You get two 15 min breaks and one unpaid 30 min break. You get in trouble if your not back at you desk working 10 seconds late.
- Pretty much everyone is working mandatory overtime, 50-60 hours, 6 days per week. Have a baby? Too bad.
- Very low employee morale. Everyone hates working there. LOL.
- They dont treat you like a person, they treat people like machines.
- All contractor jobs, no gov jobs or opportunity
- Benefits are lacking
- Pays well, but not worth it.
- No talking to other employees during work.
- Quotas. Not typing fast enough? Your fired.
- Huge turnover, see above reasons.
