It is a fast paced environment and does not balance job work and life.

Cons: does not balance job work and life.
It is a great learning environment. However, it is very fast paced and you have to keep up or you will not stay employed. I learned Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Management at Siemens. I also learned SAP.

Before the recent reorganization, I enjoyed the fast pace, interacting and working with various people across different business units.

Cons: was a bit to hot in the summer, many workers were unhappy with the company??
The engineering position and work was pretty good, the other engineers for the most part were good people to work with.
