Performs high level office administration, coordinating and managing administrative office procedures involving, business development, and contracts support, makes independent observation and move to action to resolve any issues that affect the office. Assists senior staff with scheduling, expense reporting, prepares correspondence, and handles any issues that involve logistics of the office. Worked closely with the senior corporate executives, consultants, as well as visiting management teams. Assist with contracts, teaming agreements, presentation, develops and maintains SharePoint contacts list and documentation.
