For many small and mid-sized businesses, it does not make economic sense to employ a full-time accounting department (CFO, controller, accounting manager, accounts receivable/payable, and staff accountant). That's where we come in. We provide the resources of a complete, fully-integrated accounting team to our clients on an outsourced basis, and allow them the flexibility to utilize those resources only as they are needed. This outsourced accounting services model allows our clients access to a higher level of accounting expertise at a lower cost than hiring full-time accounting support.
The accounting needs of our clients will vary depending on their size, industry, internal accounting resources, state of the business, etc. We work closely with each of our clients to evaluate their accounting needs and determine the most cost effective and efficient way for us to manage their accounting function. Sometimes this is acting as the entire accounting team and other times we support their existing internal accountants. As our clients grow, their needs may change and we are flexible to adapt to those needs efficiently and immediately.
