Community Liaison (Former Employee) – Baytown, TX – March 22, 2016
Typically, I worked from 9:00-5:00, Monday-Friday. I worked in a given with occasional weekends for special events. I interact with physicians, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities and clinics in a given territory on a daily basis. My main goals are to keep a strong presence in the community, solve any problems that may arise and build the business. The hardest part of my job was the lack of employees to care for the patients properly and benefits were not optimal for my family. The best part was the flexibility I had to be there for my children when the needed me and the ability to work from home.
Flexibility, Family friendly
Benefits and income was not how it had been presented in the hiring process
Home Health Aide (Former Employee) – Norwalk, OH – December 11, 2014
Management wonderful; however, staffing of hours and clients extremely poor for workers. Low pay ($9.00/hr) with no compensation for mileage. Would have 1-4 hour visits at several clients homes in one day going from one county to the other putting up to over 70 miles on your car in one day.
Billing Department Externship (Former Employee) – Akron, OH – September 24, 2012
PenMa was a battery company so I had to learn about these different batteries, what they would work for and some of those are heavy! The most enjoyable part of this job was that i got to meet all kinds of people while i stayed at the office and ran it while the guys were out delivering batteries.
Home Health/Intake Coordinator/Medical Records (Current Employee) – Mount Vernon, OH – August 26, 2014
This would have been a better place to work if there was not so much back stabbing or putting the blame on others, and for people to treat others the same as you would want to be treated. too much favoritism.
