Management wonderful; however, staffing of hours and clients extremely poor for workers. Low pay ($9.00/hr) with no compensation for mileage. Would have 1-4 hour visits at several clients homes in one day going from one county to the other putting up to over 70 miles on your car in one day.

This would have been a better place to work if there was not so much back stabbing or putting the blame on others, and for people to treat others the same as you would want to be treated. too much favoritism.

PenMa was a battery company so I had to learn about these different batteries, what they would work for and some of those are heavy! The most enjoyable part of this job was that i got to meet all kinds of people while i stayed at the office and ran it while the guys were out delivering batteries.
