We represent Bosch Power Tools and Accessories in a nationally known home center. Our Pro Center Experts increase sales through sales execution, product knowledge training-demonstration, and promotions. This is a retail sales and customer service position offering competitive hourly wages and other benefits.

As one of our Retail Sales Representatives for the Bosch Power Tools Team, you are responsible for providing exceptional in-store sales and customer service in home center retail stores.
Your primary goal is to help both the retailer and manufacturer increase sales of the world market leader for power tools and power tool accessories. Building relationships with contractors, customers, store managers and associates is important so outgoing and friendly personalities are essential!
- Build relationships, identify opportunities, and cross sell directly to contractors and customers.
- Provide business solutions adapted to customer’s needs through product knowledge training.
- Perform marketing launches, promotions, product knowledge trainings, and power tool demonstrations.
- Provide regular communication with internal and external team members.
- Support and promote the company strategy to exceed customer’s expectations.
- Strong ability to develop and manage professional relationships.
- Capable of working independently under general supervision.
- Strong desire to succeed and work independently and in a team environment.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities.
Note: All team members will be expected, if possible, to follow other job related instructions and tasks as directed by management.
- 2 year College Degree and/or equivalent work experience in hardware/home center sales and merchandising.
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply!
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
- Retail sales skills preferred, home center experience is preferred.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and minimum auto insurance coverage required by the employee’s state of residence.
- English is the primary language skill. Bilingual skills may be required for some locations.
While performing the duties of this job employees are regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, kneel, bend, crouch, climb or balance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
