Front Desk Agent (Former Employee) – Reno, NV – January 22, 2018
Silver Legacy is a great company on its own. You feel like a family when your there and you really cant complain about the food. Even though you pay for it, its really well prepared and tastes amazing. The only bad thing about the front desk was the new manager did not do a great job. There were several fights and disagreements all the time between managers and coworkers. The hours were never the same which sometimes was good but for some it was hard.
Barista/Cashier (Former Employee) – Reno, NV – February 21, 2018
Super stressful place to work, coworkers were very dramatic and had no motivation. The environment was dirty and there was mice in the stockroom. Coworkers were lazy and my paychecks were shorted for several months and my managers just dismissed it.

every day going to work with pain in my head wondering what might happen today. the job was stressful from the moment you sleep until the shift was over. the pay was not worth what i put up with every single day and there was never any room to advance. i would constantly be spit on, yelled at, stepped on, burnt, and had things thrown i was never peaceful. there were a shooting i the building the management didn't care they kept the shops open, there was a stabbing in front of the entrance in my area still had to stay. i would not recommend any one to work there unless you start at lease as a supervisor

All casinos are basically the same. They treat you just as a number and not as people. That is the case at the Silver Legacy. If you don't believe me, talk to the GM for one minute and you'll see what I'm talking about.
The Eldorado Resorts Inc. - Silver Legacy is a great workplace.

The manager works with your school schedule and is flexible. I learned how to abide by strict company rules. My co-workers were fun to work with. The hardest part of the job was working in a very small environment with six other people in the small space. The most enjoyable part was getting to taste the new drinks before anyone else.

They make you jump through hoops to get your last check after quitting. You're given a paper that has to be signed by 10 different people, so you get to waste time running around the casino, unpaid, to get the money you've already earned.
