Cons: the owner, cannot retain quality employees.
Silverline Security is the worst company I have ever worked for. It is a company with a proven track record of failure to retain quality management nor quality employees. Only 1 or possibly 2 corporate employees have been there over 2 years. Most of the problems stem from the socially awkward owner, who seems to think his employees are somehow out to
– more... take advantage of him. He does a good job of making employees quit the company on their own supposedly so that he doesn't have to worry about raises. But who knows. The consensus from even the highest management is that they hate working with the owner and that things can only get done if the owner is not aware or involved. The owner gave the title of CEO to another hired employee to give out his- the owners- strange and bizarre decisions. – less
