Most rememberable experience at work
assembler (Former Employee), Lithia Springs, GAMay 7, 2013
Pros: end of shift, multiple breaks makes stress on the body easier, ot especially
Cons: co-workersin a bad mood, supervisors invading personal space interupting work production just to view job
* A typical day at work is to start on time prepared with the training I'm given and giving everything I got to not only improve but to push limitations.
* Learned about more than just teamwork but to help and learn other positions to make a better and smoother run on a daily basis.
*Co-workers, some are lazy or don't care about there jobs and most – more... work as hard as the next person where you want to be just as good or better.
*Hardest part of the job is a sudden change in procedure for example a single part number changes and may cause confusion without directions.
* most enjoyable part is connecting with other co- workers and getting to know one another where it makes not only working but also outside of work more at a relaxing feeling. – less

Pipe layer (Former Employee), St. Catharines, (Niagara)March 26, 2014
Pros: wage and benefits were competitive.
Cons: direction from management.
- I needed to be prepared for everything and anything.
- Other than job details I learned to communicate with management better.
- Management is a little disorganized but with proactive action is manageable.
- My co-workers mostly professional and very competent. I enjoyed working with the whole team.
- The hardest part of the job was dealing with my – more... manager.
- The best part of the job was the experience I gained because of the responsibility that was given to me. – less

For me it was never "a typical day at work"
Everything that i know i've learned my-self and is still learning
Your Management is the key of your business
Regaurding your co-workers work together to get the work done at the best quality posible
The hardest part of this tipe of job is Learning everything like i said i am still learning everyday
the most – more... enjoyable part of this job i'll say is when you get to the finishing product and be able to say i've been a part of it – less
