Clean place to work, friendly staff
Recruiting Admin (Former Employee), Elwood, ILJanuary 2, 2015
Pros: work site was close to warehouse front door, did not have a long walk.
Cons: warehouse was cool temps.
Typical day:
Clock in, work till lunch, clock out.
Clock in after lunch, work to end of shift, clock out.
I learned that punching a time-clock is a diligent duty.
Co-workers are friendly and interesting.
Staying in the same position all day while scanning docs was hard on shoulder muscles.
Data entry and scanning docs are easy.

Dairy Queen employment
Operations Lead (Former Employee), Baytown, TXOctober 30, 2014
A typical day would be setting up all areas preparing food, running cash register, and customer service. Management was very friendly. Hardest part of the job is paperwork at end of shift. I learned how to count register and record everything in the books, cook, manage a team, some maintenance and customer service skills.

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), Baytown, TXSeptember 29, 2014
Management was great, my co workers were nice. The environment was different everyday, it was always fun walking in knowing different people would walk in and give you different times of feedback. I learned how to become very organized and how to adjust myself to the different people that walked it. There wasn't really a hard part to the job, everything was really great.

The Average Work Day
Forklift Operator/Warehouse Auditor (Current Employee), Memphis, TNDecember 19, 2012
Pros: relaxed atmosphere
Cons: no healthcare or much room for advancement.
A typical day at work consist of checking putaway locations and putting up freight in the proper locations. I learned how to drive a reach truck and learned to audit locations properly. The management and co-workers are generally ok and leave you breathing room to perform your task without too much supervision. The rewarding part of the job is a work friendly atmosphere. The job itself is really not hard once training is complete.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!
manager (Current Employee), memphisJuly 15, 2012
All,
I took a job here as management, it was the biggest mistake in my life. You are not a manager here, they work you to death with no help and the worst communication you will ever come across.

The G.M knows nothing, the president is nothing but a bully and a dictator. There is nothing enjoyable here, they tell you one thing and do another.its a 3pl company that gets paid by the case you ship so its all rush rush and no safety thought at all. do your homework here folks, the company is not even BBB accredited.

Insurance is horrible, to much aout of your check for insurance, there is just no benifit to working here, no motivation from anyone, just stay away, not a good place to be, The one in memphis is the worst they work for Nike, stay away

Sales Associate (Former Employee), Hampton, VAJune 5, 2012
the typical day of Simos is usually when you goin to work all of the employees come together as a group. when we come together we do streches and get our assignments for the day. After our managers told us what truck we woould be working at everybody goes to there assigned areas. The management wasnt to bad they were pretty fair. The job in genereal wasnt hard it was pretty straight foward.
