Pros: hours were perfect for my current life, & it is exactly what i like to do
Cons: no benefits, it was temporary
My time at Simo's was not the greatest experience.
It was drama filled, competitive, &very segregated.
It felt more like a high school than a place of employment.
When I went to work i did just that, worked i didnt go to make friends, I am a very sociable person, but I do not like to bring my HOME life into work and thats what my co-workers would do.
Management – more... was not that great, i was picked on by on of the Head managers since I started my employment.
I learned how to adapt to different types of people,
how to work quickly and efficiently, how to work independently within a group and still be efficient.
The hardest part of my job was learning to work with different personalities, and still be efficient. – less
