Job Culture
A leader in their industry that complicates more than they need to.
QA Developer (Former Employee) –  Tucson, AZOctober 3, 2017
Bogged down by legacy code with their main product and pushing new technology on their second largest product, Simpleview has too much on its plate and creates an us vs. them culture in their development teams. Concentrating on getting the job done rather than right, there are some veterans who are unwilling, or possibly unable to assist product managers and newer team members.

The benefits for the area are excellent and the departments outside of development seem very happy. There is a cult-ish kind of culture there that almost seems forced by HR.

Fun place to work, has typical problems.
Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) –  Tucson, AZFebruary 2, 2017
Generally, my time with Simpleview has been pretty good. They have great vacation options and the pay is decent, lots of paid days off (day after superbowl, week at christmas) The culture is fun but completely depends on the building/department you are in. There definitely are some bad apples in management, but I think that's the issue at all companies. The best part about Simpleview is the people that work here in the trenches... They all care so much and are an awesome diverse group.
Paid Days Off, People!
Pay kind of low, some managers just don't care.
