A wonderful place to work with others
Patient Care Associate (Former Employee), Baltimore, MD – May 15, 2013
Pros: if i wanted to eat something for lunch the money would be deducted out of my paycheck
Cons: working short of staff sometimes
I would be given a assignment with about 10-13 patients. I was responsible for helping the patients with activities for daily living such as toiling needs, bathing, oral care, vital signs, EKG's, blood draws, finger sticks, and changing a occupied, and unoccupied bed.I learned how to draw blood. I love working with my co-workers because we would work – more... as a team if someone needed any help. – less

Productive and challenging work enviroment.
Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant (Current Employee), Baltimore, MD – April 8, 2013
Pros: great co workers, free parking, great patients
I work in Surgical Oncology at Sinai. I absolutely love my department. I work with great people. It has different challenges everyday and I am always learning something new. The best part about Sinai is that I work with the patients and build a patient/staff relationship with them. Although it can be difficult because of the type of field I am in but – more... it's worth it. – less

Physician Office Associate II (Former Employee), Baltimore, MD – October 30, 2012
Pros: took 10 minuted to drive to work
Cons: management did not care about the employes
Worked for Sinai Hospital for almost 13 years good times ered not so good times. Enjoyed working with the patients. Learned how to put orders in the system with ICD-9 codes. The hard part of the job was seeing how sick people were. Everything was rushed to have the patient registered and checked in.

Extremely diverse
Surgical Technician (Current Employee), Baltimore, MD – August 16, 2012
Pros: promotion of healthy
Cons: management support
Working in a diverse place is very enlightening and it taught me alot about people. Some of the benefits are the promotion of healthy living, the hours and the diversity. The management isn't really supportive the way that they make themselves seem in front of others. However there isn't a hard part of my job because I love what I do.
