About the Position:

The Customer Care Generalist is responsible for a broad range of customer facing activities tasks depending upon business need.

Specific responsibilities to include:

 -Assisting customers by answering billing, product, and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
 -Performing post-job customer follow-up calling and customer surveys.
 -Order entry, record keeping and real-time installation documentation
 -Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
 -Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
 -Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
 -Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Compilation of basic project scope requirements
-Coordination of timely project task completion and escalation of task completion issues


*Customer Service*, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking. Previous installation coordination experience is preferred. Professional communication both verbal and writtien is required. Prior experience in telecommunications industry a plus.

This role requires a highly-motivated individual willing to work as part of team in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Candidate will be expected to work 9am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Compensation is commensurate with experience but will range between $11-$14 per hour and will be considered a non-exempt role.
