The owners of this company are looking for a customer service / sales assistant to help be the first point of contact with clients and prospects. Since 1992, we have dedicated our efforts to carrying out our mission statement.

Job Description
Our new customer service / sales assistant will be responsible for being the first point of contact with clients and prospects. You must be friendly, have a helpful personality, loves to work with people and thrive in a fast paced environment. Experience and/or training in printing and the graphic arts is a plus. In this position you will interact with prospects and customers helping to define requirements, solve problems and sell our services. The ability to multi-task is essential. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Sell and explain the competitive advantages of our company
  • Learn all aspects of a high technology print, marketing and signage operation
  • Utilize point of sale software to prepare estimates and invoices for customers
  • The candidate must be knowledgeable with computers
  • Communicate customer concerns and requirements to production staff

  • Integrated marketing campaigns
  • Desktop and mobile website design
  • Web to print and online ordering catalogs
