Good company
Heavy Haul Truck Driver (Current Employee) –  New Town, NDMay 11, 2015
This company is ok, but is not being managed very good. When I first started, we were really busy, but now hardly get any hours. The Truck Manager is great and is easy to deal with, but the upper management has poor communication and is not easy to talk to. Co workers are good and we work as a team in the field. Hardest part about my job is not working and having to sit for 2 - 3 days in a row with no work. When work is going it is fun because the equipment is good and clean.
Pros
good equipment
Cons
not enough hours of work

Canadian Company with No Plan for US Integration
Director, Human Resources & HSE (Former Employee) –  Bismarck, NDFebruary 3, 2015
The Canadian parent company had no clue as to what it took to integrate US operations into the fold. The process was doomed from the start.
