The amount of everyday stress and the very poor management and extreme favoritism. Was supposed to receive 50 cent raise at 1 year and only received a quarter.
I have not heard anything good about working here. Moral is very bad. What is up with not being allowed to use the restroom as necessary?
Treating employees as though they are disposable. Not listening to feedback from agents who are doing the job. Obvious favoritism. Coaches, SME and mentors who are not qualified and don't do their job. High stress environment with overnight changes and forced promotions without extra pay.
Unprofessional, unorganized, coaches show favoritism, and some agents are really childish- reminds me of high school all over again.
