Analyst (Former Employee) – Robbins, NC – May 11, 2016
Benefits were nice, Situs paid majority of the coverage and you started out with 20 days of PTO. You gain a lot of experience but expected to work for pennies. You gain real estate experience and knowledge. Pay verse the work. Once you are considered an Analyst I and receive salary pay you are expected to work your 40 hours a week plus overtime and you only get "half time" after you've worked over a certain period of time. They realize that the Robbins office cost of living is cheaper than the other offices therefore they pay the employees there cheaper but they expect more from the employees.
Physical envirionment was horrible. They made people share cubicles while there was plenty of empty space. The company culture was very mean-spirited. My supervisor constantly gave me bad information and insulted me but he was also frequently and openly humiliated by his boss. People in other departments would go to lunch or go home and never returned to work because they could not bear their terrible managers. I later ran into people who had previously work there. Most of them had nothing good to say about Situs. They would hire, fire and layoff people on a whim. The benefits were not that great either. The only good thing about the Houston office was the location.
