Customer Care Agent, Kansas City, MO - April 8, 2017
I worked in the call center that was nation-wide. I got to talk to people across the country, which was challenging and fun because you would have to jump from one strong accent to another. I enjoyed working there in the beginnning, they had good benefits, but no room to move up and my supervisor was horrible in the end, which is why I quit. Being a family company I would think they would be more understanding with family matters such as funerals and such. Overall, they were ok to work for as a stepping stone into healthcare customer service, and I learned a lot about bariatric equipment and healthcare.
