Their mission is great, their leadership is lacking, and vision is blind
Vocational HR (Former Employee) – Bremerton, WA – December 1, 2016
Great idea for a company that was founded on helping employ people with disabilities. Was taken over by incumbents who lost the vision of the founder. The new leadership is weak and self centered. There is no future unless your in with the good old boys (the three in charge are all Navy buddies). They do not value their own mission statement, lack of integrity is all over the place.
The good employees who want to make a difference are forced out or treated like dirt. They promote the bad and disregard those that want to help. I left before I was completely destroyed by their lack of leadership.
In 2016, they lost so many good employees, I had to follow them. So sad, because there are so many people with disabilities that need a good mentoring and vocational employment opportunity, not a business that exploits their disability for their own profit.
You help others succeed
You put up with back stabbing, minipulative leadership and lack of support.
A place for people with disabilities to have a chance to succeed

A typical day at work was fast paced with never ending obstacles that were enjoyable to overcome I learned time management skills Management was not really involved, minimal interaction Co-workers were ok as long as you did not involve your personal life The hardest part about that job was the heat in the summer I enjoyed pleasing customers the most
