Skybridge Americas Inc. is currently seeking In-bound Customer Relationship Agents at their Greenfield, Minnesota location.

Position Summary: Respond to incoming customer calls and/or e-mails and/or inbound sales support to receive, investigate, and resolve consumer inquiries and contacts in an expedient, professional, and equitable manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer phones / e-mails, respond to customer questions / complaints and ensure all inquiries are handled and documented on-line in a timely and professional manner;
  • Assist customers with account-specific information such as billing inquiries, processing of payments, troubleshooting technical issues, and explaining new products and services offered;
  • Verify customer information and enter into the computer system;
  • Maintain strong knowledge of new and existing accounts;
  • Makes proactive calls to Internet customers when necessary;
  • Up sell and cross sell products as required;
  • Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service when corresponding with customers via e-mail or phone;
  • Makes proactive calls to Internet customers when necessary;
  • Keep Coach promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance so that the Coach may take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action;
  • Keep abreast of all policy, procedure, and product changes;
  • Participate in team meetings designated to enhance the overall department and/or improve the quality of service provided to clients and customers;
  • Maintain good communications with management, keeping them fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent customer service, de-escalation and stop/save skills;
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to navigate the Internet;
  • Experience working in the newspaper industry is a definite asset;
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance;
  • Demonstrates a genuine respect for people, their concerns, feelings, well being and appreciation of them as one of our customers;
  • Ability to analyze problems, develop and implement solutions;
  • The ability to interact and thrive in a fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of calls.
