Skyline is in search of a candidate to join our team as a part time Receptionist & Accounting Data Entry. Specific functions include:

Receptionist:
Maintaining Sales Consultant Schedules
Managing scheduling of all conference calls
Complete preparation for client visits Oversee office supply ordering (maintain list)
Oversee any printer problems – scheduling the repairs
Tracking of staff time off and employees that are away on business (Vacation Schedules)
Sign ups for Seminars
Assist with booking Travel for company
Handling and Distributing all mail

Accounting:
Enter AP invoices
Process PO’s /Corporate invoices
Support Collections
Provide coverage for Accountant by processing SOE’s and payments
Assist with any Special Projects

Additional Responsibilities may be required.
Hours require: 9am-2pm, Monday-Friday
