OFFICE ASSISTANT, Overland Park, KS - April 22, 2016
The boss would come in and joke about coffee being made. He made it feel really comfortable to work there. I learned how to do insurance verification and also partook in the advancement of being trained in Sleep Studies. My co-workers were sweet and dependable, always gave me credit where it was deserved and most importantly we knew how to work together and communicate and that's what I enjoyed most. The hardest part of the job was explaing to the customers what part the insurance paid and how much they owed out-of-pocket and why they owed it. I was heart breaking at times when a person who can barely work has to pay a $1300.00 bill to help them sleep at night and some times maybe even save their lives.
