Pros: co-workers
Cons: long hours, terrrible pay and inept management.
Commission with a draw based pay plan, very long hours and management is inept. Most workers are now working a 3-4 day work week because the economy is so bad.
If you get put into a store with no foot traffic, you will become so deep into the draw that you will have no way to make money.
The co-workers are great people but the company does not realize – more...  this and treats them horribley.
The management staff is awful and needs revamping. My manager actually told me at one time to only contact him if the building was on fire. – less

When I started at Sleepy's I was told that there is a lot of growth in the company. Soon after i came out of training the truth of the company came out i was there for over a year and nothing was getting better everything was getting worse. The workers at Sleepys were very friendly and helpful.

Sleepys was a state of the art call center. The call center was huge with the newest equiptment.the communications system was excellent. the pace was very busy and all calls were displayed on the wall monitor at all times. It was truley one of the finest call centers I have worked in.
