SBIA is a growing company that supports the financial advisors of a Fortune 20 company and we are looking for several innovative, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to handle inbound calls regarding Life Insurance. Opportunities for career advancement into an Internal Wholesaler position may be available for the right person.
Specific responsibilities include: Take inbound calls on a variety of topics related to Life Insurance. Provide excellent customer service to our client’s question and resolving issues. Assist in coordination and tracking of initial compensation for permanent insurance sales.
- Minimum of HS diploma or equivalent, or an Associates Degree
- Life Insurance experience preferred
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, multi task, proactively follow-up and meet deadlines
- Professional and persuasive interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a team framework
