Smart Marketer, Inc. is looking for a Receptionist / General Administration Assistant to our founder and CTO. This position provides administrative support, usually on a one-on-one basis, for the CTO and other staff as well.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Google Docs
Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
Excellent time-management skills
Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
Responsible, attentive to detail, self-motivated, accountable, professional with a passion for doing whatever it takes to fulfill duties
Arranging travel, visas, and accommodations
Organizing personal calendar and scheduling appointments
Corresponding on behalf of CTO via emails, faxes, and posts.
Background research and presentation of findings
Producing documents, briefing papers and reports
Filing expense reports weekly
Filing financial reports monthly
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff
Booking conference rooms and coordinating special events
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Day-to-day personally assisting the CTO. Including, but not limited to; lunches, coffee, deliveries, driving children to and from events, personal gift shopping, running errands, etc.
Compensation and Benefits:
Full Time Position
$13.75 Per Hour
