Short and poor training.
Admin Clerk, Irving, TX - November 1, 2014
Received calls from clients on court ordered breathlyzers for automobiles. Processed information on PC. Management expected employees to be an expert after 1 week on the phones. Most employees did not accomplish this expectation without cutting corners and therefore the service suffered. Co-workers were easy to speak to, but a few of them drank heavily at a company function and then drove home. This was a poor representation of what this company services. This company's clients have a breathlyzer on their vehicles because they were caught drinking and driving by the appropriate authorities.
