Great company to work for, feels like family owned.
Service Technician (Current Employee) – Lafayette, CO – April 28, 2017
This job really built up my customer service skills, especially in situations when the customer is extremely unhappy due to the nature of the job. the clients are mostly court ordered to get an Interlock installed in their vehicles. the hardest part of this job is keeping thick skin with some of the customers when they are frustrated, although this job does come with amazing co-workers, sometimes the customers are just too much.
Technician (Former Employee) – Denver, CO – March 23, 2017
Management is pretty great, however they usually hire people from any line of work making it difficult on the more experienced installers.
Also the pay could be a little higher for what a typical work day is and what little overhead the company has. You are installing and servicing ignition interlock so you have to deal with some very upset people. Most are understanding that they are there because of something they did, but others see it as your fault for putting the device in their vehicle.
Virginia Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Richmond, VA – March 2, 2017
Most of the requirements for the job included computer work. It was a relaxed atmosphere. The clients were easy to schedule and I rarely ran into problems with them. Co-workers were generally happy and fun to be around.
Ignition Interlock Technician (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – February 17, 2014
company has no HR and the company let its managers run all over the techs and when your in a outside shop you have no rights to question the manager and corporate stands behind them even when the techs are right.
This was a great company I wished I had the opportunity to stay at. It was a 3 month contract I completed and have great reviews from. The co workers are great and management was awesome. Learned lots of future techniques here
