Cons: have no say when things go wrong
company has no HR and the company let its managers run all over the techs and when your in a outside shop you have no rights to question the manager and corporate stands behind them even when the techs are right.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Current Employee), Virginia Beach, VirginiaMay 27, 2012
Install and calibrate ignition interlocks on cars. This job requires a knowledge of the electrical systems in cars. Training a client is the most enjoyable part of this job.

Do not work for this company, they will squeeze you dry and then throw you a way. You are working 12 hours straight 6 and 7 days a week and is still not enough. Upper management has no clue on what it takes to design and release a new product. They like to cut corners and then they blame you for their mistakes. Their manufacturing strategy of no ramp down for end of life product is stupid and many times it ends up costing them a lot of money.
