A typical day at work would consist of completing task, such as observation forms on employees, completing one on one meetings with employees, inventory counts, bank deposit, merchandising, and above everything else making sure the customer experience is premier. I've learned the difference of a being a boss and being a leader and I strive to be the best leader I can be everyday. The hardest part about the job, is balancing my personal life and my work life. I'm such a workaholic that I tend to overlook to have fun sometimes when I'm not at work. The most enjoyable part about my job are the amazing people i get to work with everyday.
