Direct Managers were great, other than that I cant think of anything good to say about this company. Horrible comp, zero understanding of role structure, growth potential, growth needs. Upper management puts out horrible plans and incentives and hopes no one notices that they are either not well thought out or intentionally deceitful.

New management ruined a great company.

This was a fantastic company until the investors replaced a great CEO with a greedy, narcissistic pundit who systematically removed everyone with a sense of ethics and innovation, and replaced them with folks who will screw anyone to make a nickle this quarter. Stay away.

At an entry/Jr. level there are still great people and teams, Compensation, Work/Life balance

Pretty much everything else has been ruined by new management

Excellent co-workers - Great team environment/spirit - Always something new to learn (never bored) - Comfortable work environment - Great work/life balance time flexibility. Recent changes to upper management followed by layoffs have impacted the teams with a general sense of uncertainty about the future, resulting in the departure of many core team leaders, which have subsequently impacted negatively on the previously excellent dynamics.

All I can say is..."Meh" <Shoulder Shrug>

There were so many management, infrastructure, organizational and cultural changes going on, all at the same time, that nothing could get decided and nothing could get done.

No place for a Marketer to be if your SOLE focus isn't lead generation. Period.
