Not a lot of good things to say

Direct Managers were great, other than that I cant think of anything good to say about this company. Horrible comp, zero understanding of role structure, growth potential, growth needs. Upper management puts out horrible plans and incentives and hopes no one notices that they are either not well thought out or intentionally deceitful.

Fast Paced, Growing, and Exciting

There's a lot to do no matter what role you are in. It's a collaborative environment so you always have someone to bounce an idea off of or lend some insight. You can gain a lot of experience and exposure in a short amount of time. You are given autonomy to make decisions and see work/projects through from outset to implementation and impact.
Pros
Open seating, free coffee, drinks, food, snacks. New office, great location in Assembly Row. Interesting technology, large, reliable customer base.
Cons
Can be hectic at times, some growing pains with growth.

Excellent co-workers - Great team environment/spirit - Always something new to learn (never bored) - Comfortable work environment - Great work/life balance time flexibility. Recent changes to upper management followed by layoffs have impacted the teams with a general sense of uncertainty about the future, resulting in the departure of many core team leaders, which have subsequently impacted negatively on the previously excellent dynamics.

All I can say is..."Meh" <Shoulder Shrug>

There were so many management, infrastructure, organizational and cultural changes going on, all at the same time, that nothing could get decided and nothing could get done.

No place for a Marketer to be if your SOLE focus isn't lead generation. Period.
