Production (Current Employee), Keene, NHJune 24, 2014
Pros: people, paid lunch
Cons: infighting and bickering between departments
My coworkers keep me here; we are constantly asked to do more with less, and there haven't been raises for a long time. Mangement keeps changing, and temps get bumps in pay when full time people don't.

Assembler (Former Employee), Keene, NHJanuary 6, 2014
Same thing, every night. I worked 3rd shift and it was a very repetitive job, although enjoyable. We build medical kits all night and get to talk with each other, share jokes and laugh. If we did good, sometimes we would get lunch bought for us, or have pot luck dinners, etc.

Productive
Assistant Floor Lead/Assembly Manufacturer (Current Employee), Gary, INAugust 12, 2012
A typical work day would include not only me working as a production operator to manufacture products, but also assisting a group of people (of about 20) with their daily operations and ensuring they have the tools essential to completing the workload. I also convey information to management in meetings or via email pertaining to the workload and any – more... issues, if any, that may occur during the production process. As workloads enter and leave the work area I am responsible for information input into the system on the process of a current work order. My daily skills include but are not limited to: training new/old employees, inventory upkeep, organizing work area, data entry, multi-line (phone) usage, delegating work (when needed). The most enjoyable part of the job is the feeling of fulfillment of completing a work order in its entirety and with excellent quality assurance. The hardest part may be sometimes dealing with stubborn co-workers; as I find myself a conscientious worker who is sometimes eager to push the work out, however, I have to consider that I am younger than most of those I work around and have more energy or stamina and the pace I can work in they may not as well be able to. – less
