Highly impersonal workplace.Wouldn't recommend this company.
packaging/assembly (Former Employee), Mansfield,Mass.October 16, 2013
Worked on temporary assignment. Was told the position would be a 6 month contract working on a new product line. Instead,I was shifted from task to task with minimal training. Not given opportunity to develop skills and techniques to perform duties adequately. A day here, a day there with limited training and no consistency in day to day responsibilities.After – more... only one month was laid off. How can any one train successfully in those conditions. Unfair and puts the trainee at an immediate disadvantage.Steer clear of this company. – less

A fun and excited place to work
Sr. Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), Cordova, TNSeptember 14, 2013
Pros: family first
Cons: very flexiable
Typical day at work is hectic but fun with making travel arrangements, setting up meeting ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, conference calls and live meeting as well. I have learned that you can have a job and love what you do. The management was great and the co-workers was excellent, they are what I miss the most about the job. The hardest part – more... of my job was working with a new director who don't like you for no reason. The most enjoyable part of my job was serving the people and making a different in their lives. – less

While in the company I have take a Management and Human Resources Certification and a Course in Medical Benefits and Billing – more... procedures. New management staff dealing with change. Some co-workers are delightful to work with, others lack the emotional intelligence to evolve and participate in the new management vision. I enjoy helping the patient by improving their quality of life through the use of one of our products. – less
